** Cost per week is based on 6 people sharing. Costs include weekly cleaning and linen change if required. You will be expected to take care of your own day to day laundry (towels etc) and there is a good quality washing machine there to do just that! The power of the Barbados sun will ensure anything is dry fairly quickly and ready to re-use!
NOTES ON BOOKING / ELECTRICITY USAGE
In an effort to make your stay as 'green' as possible, we ask that you please respect our efforts to keep electricity usage at a minimum. We still expect you to use all you need to ensure your stay is comfortable, we just want to ensure that all air conditioning units / ceiling fans and lights are not left on all day when you are away from the property.
All we ask is that you ensure these are turned off when you are not in the room or are away from the house - just as you would in your own home. Please be considerate in this respect.

GOVERNMENT SHARED ECONOMY LEVY TAX
All private villas offering short term holiday accommodation in Barbados must charge the Government’s shared economy levy to all paying Guests. This is 10% of the total rental cost, but for your convenience, we have INCLUDED this in our rates.
