BOOKING PROCEDURE
If you would like to make a reservation, please firstly contact us with your dates,
duration and number of persons in your party, by telephone/email:

- Upon receipt of a booking enquiry you will be sent a booking form to complete and
return along with a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount (or payment
in full if departure date is less than 6 weeks away). This can be paid by cheque
or direct bank transfer (preferred). At this time, your dates will be put on hold
until payment is received.
- Once the deposit has been received, you will be sent a booking confirmation and a
receipt for monies paid;
- The balance is due six weeks before your departure date; also at this point you
will also be required to pay :
- A £300.00 damage deposit (by cheque)
- On receipt of the balance we’ll send you an electronic receipt
- Around 2 weeks before your departure date we will e.mail you an information pack
which will contain :
- Directions to the property
- Access codes for the security gates for Porters Gate Community
- Access codes for the keysafe to collect keys to the house
- Wifi access codes
- Specific operating instructions (air conditioning, cooker etc...)
- Other information we think you may find useful!
Keys should be returned to the keysafe upon departure.
